How to use this site diary

Fill in one sheet per site, per day, before you leave. It takes five minutes and gives you a dated record if anything is ever questioned. Be factual: what happened, who was there, what held you up and why.

Delays: write down the cause the day it happens: weather, late deliveries, waiting on the client, or another trade.
Client changes: note every instruction, and whether a price was agreed and confirmed in writing before the work went ahead.
Photos: take them before work is covered up and note the reference numbers on the sheet.
